Location

Visitors will equally benefit from the new ‘East Leeds Orbital’ road, which recently opened and connects North and East Leeds to Junction 46 of the M1, as well as a new railway station due to open in 2025, with trains travelling from Leeds city centre in just 8 minutes.
Thorpe Park
The Springs retail and leisure park is part of a wider 275 acre mixed-use development, comprising of an 800,000 sq ft business park with more than 60 businesses and a working population of over 4,500 people. Set within the development is also 140 acres of parkland and public realm, with an additional 300 homes due for construction, creating one of the largest and most diverse out of town mixed-use locations in the UK.
