by Bus
The Springs and Thorpe Park is easily accessible by the Arriva 164 and 165 services.
The 164 and 165 route provide a bus every 15 minutes throughout the day Monday to Saturday, with a slightly reduced frequency on an evening and Sunday. The services provide connections to a range of local destinations, including Leeds, Cross Gates, Garforth, Sherburn, Selby and Kippax. The bus stops are conveniently located next to ODEON.
Arriva offers a special family ticket price and £2.50 flat fares for all passengers making your journey to The Springs affordable for the whole family.
by Car
It’s incredibly easy to visit The Springs by car. Simply leave the M1 at Junction 46 and follow the signs for Thorpe Park and The Springs which will lead you to our car park with over 900 free parking spaces. These including accessible parking bays as well as bays for parents and children.
Additionally, there are several electric vehicle charging points, for convenient access. These charging points implement a pay as you go tariff which is 40p/Kwh and will be charged via the Pod Point app per individual usage.
There is also direct access to the A6120 outer ring road with access to the East Leeds Orbital link road.

By Taxi
Taxi companies and private hire vehicles only are permitted to pick up and drop off customers on Park View located opposite Putt & Play and ODEON. Taxis and private hire vehicles will not receive a fine for parking here for pick up and drops off, however please note, bus stops and entrances to other car parks and emergency exits must not be blocked.
By Train
Both Cross Gates and Garforth train stations are within 2 miles of The Springs.
A brand-new train station is set to open at Thorpe Park in 2027 which will provide direct access from Leeds city centre with a journey time of just eight minutes.
By Bike
For cyclists, the National Cycle Network Route 66 goes through the park, and there are lots of traffic-free paths and cycleways connecting The Springs and Thorpe Park to nearby neighbourhoods like Colton and Garforth.
We have plenty of free, secure bike parking spaces available onsite and these are located in various places around The Springs for convenient access.
on Foot
It’s really easy to get to The Springs on foot; from A6120 Selby Road, simply follow the footpath along Century Way through the Thorpe Park. Alternatively, there’s a route via Austhorpe Lane and Barrowby Way, which is a bit quieter, and also a direct route from Manston Lane to The Springs.
